Johnny is a Qualified Personality Dimension® Facilitator (Level I) and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in youth development and community engagement.
With a strong passion in learning and development, he designed and delivered Hong Kong’s first-ever Advanced Certificate Programme in Career and Life Development Services for Non-engaged Youth at Hong Kong Qualification Framework Level 5 to train up youth work practitioners to make a bigger social impact.
Believing in youth’s unlimited potential, his award-wining social enterprise also provides young people with skills training and job opportunities to let their true colours shine. He has been a mentor for tertiary institutes such as HKBU and CUSCS to fully support the younger generation.

Just like how a small amount of mass (m) can be converted into a huge amount of energy (E) according to Einstein's famous equation, even a small amount of enthusiasm from the emcee can be transformed into a massive amount of crowd energy and excitement (E) through your high-energy performance at the speed of charisma and showmanship (C).
It is tremendously rewarding to witness this emcee “energy” effect in practice time and again. I strive to kindle enthusiasm and involvement amongst all participants, sharing the inspiration of the moment.
